Misrepresentation

It is College of the Mainland’s goal to not misrepresent itself to a student, a prospective student, a member of the public, or the Department of Education. “Misrepresentation,” as defined by the Department of Education, is any false, erroneous, or misleading statement made to any of the parties mentioned above.

College of the Mainland employees and its representatives do not purposely give inaccurate information about the College. Factual information is presented to prospective students and families regarding educational programs, financial charges, and the employability of its graduates.
