Official Transcripts

Official transcripts of all course work taken at College of the Mainland are available through various ways. College of the Mainland utilizes the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC), to process all official transcript requests.

Electronic, Email (secure PDF), and Paper Transcripts

Current/former students who would like to request a PDF or paper transcript can make their request below.

Order Official COM Transcript

*NSC service fees will apply depending on the type of delivery.

SPEEDE Transcript Delivery

SPEEDE Transcripts are official transcripts delivered electronically to a partnered college or university (typically within 24 hours). There is no additional cost to request SPEEDE transcripts. Not all colleges/universities are set up to receive SPEEDE transcripts, so if the college/universities are not on the list you will have to request one via the NSC link above.

If your receiving institution is listed on the Transcript Request page in WebAdvisor your transcript may be delivered electronically.

Unofficial Transcripts

View and print your current unofficial transcript by logging into your WebAdvisor account>Students>Transcript

Students and alumni who have been out for over a year can log into their WebAdvisor account using their social security number with dashes. Click on “What’s My User ID/COM” to reactivate your account.

Texas Certificate of High School Equivalency (TxCHSE)

The Admissions and Records Office does not keep records of High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET) taken at College of the Mainland. To obtain your High School Equivalency Certificate, please visit the Texas Education Agency.

Transcript Holds

Official transcripts can be withheld from students who have an outstanding financial obligation or other penalties outstanding to the College. Your request for a transcript will be withheld until all holds are cleared from your record.

For questions or further assistance with transcripts, contact the Office of Admissions and Records at admissions@com.edu or call 409-933-8264.
