The Office of Student Conduct

The Office of Student Conduct at College of the Mainland serves to promote integrity and student learning while treating each student with dignity and respect.

The Office of Student Conduct fulfills this mission by:

  • Developing and enforcing the Student Code of Conduct
  • Educating students about their rights and responsibilities
  • Intervening effectively when behavior violates the Student Code of Conduct

Students, faculty and staff may contact the Office of Student Conduct Office to report alleged violations of the Student Code of Conduct.

The Office of Student Conduct serves as a resource for students concerning their rights and providing assistance to faculty, staff and students regarding student disciplinary matters.

Sexual Misconduct

Sexual misconduct is any non-consensual behavior of a sexual nature that is committed by force or intimidation or is otherwise unwelcome that is sufficiently severe, persistent or pervasive so as to limit a student’s ability to participate in or benefit from a COM program or activity or an employee’s ability to work in a non-discriminatory work environment.

The Incident Report link below is for incidents of Sexual Assault, Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Harassment, Dating or Domestic Violence and Stalking ONLY. Filing this incident report constitutes official notice to College of the Mainland and authorizes the institution to investigate the information and allegations contained within the report and seek resolution. The information you provide will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law. Clery Act reporting does not include any personal identifying information.
