Grant Compliance

Welcome to the College of the Mainland Grants Compliance Office

The mission of the Grants Office is to coordinate and assist in the acquisition of public and private funding and to support faculty and staff with grant programs once funding has been awarded. The staff is committed to the pursuit of funding sources that are congruent with the mission, vision and annual priorities of the college.

The Grants Compliance Office maintains centralized one-stop reporting center at 1501Amburn Road #16 for awarded grants. The central location strengthens the oversight of grant related policies and processes, improves programmatic oversight of grant projects for compliance and performance, and optimizes grant related systems college-wide.

Per Uniform Guidance 2 CFR §200.414(h) College of the Mainland’s Indirect Cost Rate Information is as follows:

Rate: 30%
Rate Base: Direct salaries and wages including vacation, holiday, sick pay, and other paid absences but excluding all other fringe benefits.
