
Summer Camps
This summer, students can explore a variety of high-demand fields through engaging camp experiences offered in partnership with local organizations and educational institutions.
Designed to spark curiosity and creativity, these programs feature experienced instructors, guest speakers and hands-on activities that introduce participants to areas such as engineering, health careers, environmental science and more. Each camp provides a unique opportunity for students to learn, discover new interests and gain real-world insight in a fun and supportive environment.
2026 Summer Camps

Bright Minds Academy
June 1 - July 24, 2026
This camp offers opportunities for classes in art, medical, coding, robotics, science, discovery and writing. Age ranges vary by class, with programs designed for students ages 6-14 and grouped by appropriate age levels.
This camp is held at COM, 1200 N. Amburn Road, Texas City, and at COM League City, 1411 W. Main St.

STEM Camp
June 15 – July 23, 2026
Who: Students entering 6th – 8th Grade
When: June 15 to July 23, 2026 (Monday-Thursday) Pick your Session 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. / 1 to 5 p.m.
Where: This camp is held at: COM League City, 1411 W. Main St.
Dates:
- June 15-18 (Engineering)
- June 22-25 (Life Science)
- July 13-16 (Earth & Environmental Science)
- July 20-23 (Physics & Astronomy)
*Students can attend all four weeks, or individual weeks.

Health Careers Camp
July 14–15, 2026
This two-day, hands-on camp introduces high school students to health professions through interactive activities, demonstrations and career exploration. Guided by current students with faculty support, participants gain real-world insight into healthcare pathways.
This camp is held at COM, 1200 N. Amburn Road, Texas City.
