Campus Police
The COM Police Department provides security for College facilities and assistance to students, visitors, faculty and staff 24 hours a day, seven days a week. COM Police Department officers regularly patrol campus parking lots.

Facilities Services
Facilities Services provides work orders, AC requests, energy conservation data, grounds department, room scheduling, event planning tips and vehicle requests.
Information Technology
Information Technology Services (ITS) provides computing, networking, and technical support services to the COM community. We plan, implement, and manage all campus IT needs.
Institutional Advancement
The Office of Institutional Advancement establishes long-lasting community relationships, enhances the image of the college, promotes educational opportunities at COM and builds financial resources to support our students and programs. It accomplishes its mission through partnerships and the philanthropy of alumni, friends, corporations and faculty and staff.
Purchasing
The COM Purchasing Department collaborates with every department to ensure that the purchase and administration of College products and services is in accordance with Texas Education Agency laws and federal, state and local policies.
The Purchasing Department consists of the central mailroom and shipping and receiving departments.
Planning, Effectiveness, Assessment and Research
The Office of Planning, Effectiveness, Analytics and Research exists to support the planning, policy-formation and decision-making activities of the College by providing accurate, timely and relevant information and data analysis.

Veterans Center
To further assist veterans, COM has launched a Veterans Center. With new computers being installed, a lounging area and snack bar, the space invites military and former military students to share experiences, study and meet with staff.
